I strongly recomend you read all three pages and choose where you want to host your free website. 

If you don't have front page you will either want to find a free website building program and a host that offers FTP (as well as an FTP program if it's not built into your website building program)

If you have none of the above you must find the best  host that offers the best tools for building your free website.

Here are some of the sites that are cool... I am looking for one with free front

page extentions so it will support search engines, chatrooms, and onsite forums that can be built with front page.

The second largest free Web page service (after Yahoo! GeoCities), Tripod gives its members a choice between pop-up ads and embedded ads. You get 20 megabytes of space for your site at this service, which now has over 4 million members and which is owned by search portal Lycos. Here, you have two options: if you're a beginner, you can use the "Quickpage" option if you want Tripod to write your page's coding. If you know HTML coding, you can do it yourself through the "Custom" option.
